Just a little bit about me! I have been a Registered Nurse for 42 years (I started as a baby – LOL!). I began my career as a diploma graduate and then went back for my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. I hold a graduate certificate in public management; I have a huge interest in community\/population health. My Master’s degree is in Business Administration with a minor in Information Technology. That IT part – makes everyone who knows me just about die laughing! I am about as technologically illiterate as one can be. Both my car and my cellphone are smarter than I am! I also hold a certification in Nursing Administration. All those initials do look impressive – MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC. At the end, I am really just me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am married to wonderful, long-suffering Bob who has put up with me for over 39 years. We have 3 cat children – George, Gene and Geoffrey – who, no doubt, will be featured at some point in these blogs! I love to read, write (well, you may think that is questionable after reading the blogs) and travel. And trust me, no one ever wants me to cook! Thank goodness for Bob! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are blessed with a wonderful extended family – both blood and adopted – and an incredible group of friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my beautiful niece and her wonderful husband who made this whole blog possible! (Including when my nephew-in-law saved my life by retrieving this first blog that I appear to have deleted! Aiyiyi) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am blessed in a billion ways! I am thankful every day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
